What is VFX?

VFX is short form of Visual Effects. It is about mixing real life film shooting with images and animation to give it a larger than life affect. VFX is not new. Visual Effects has been part of film industry for long. But due to advent of computers and new technologies in this space, this has become an increasing tool for modern day film makers.

Courses in VFX

Eligibility Criteria to for a course in VFX

It all depends on what course you want to do. In general there are certificate courses, both short term and long term, then there are diploma / pg diploma courses and also BSC (graduation level) courses

For diploma / pg diploma and graduate level courses you need to have passed 12th .

Many colleges for Graduate Level courses conduct a written test as well.
